Terms of Service

Agreement

By downloading, installing or using an application published by NovaForge Studios, LLC, or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the products.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our applications on devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service. The licence does not transfer ownership of the software.

Acceptable use

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of our applications, except where that right cannot be excluded by law.
• Do not use our products to break the law or to infringe someone else’s rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any service that supports our products.

Purchases and subscriptions

Paid applications, in-app purchases and subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store. Billing, cancellation and refunds are handled under Apple’s terms — subscriptions can be managed in Settings on your device, and refund requests go through Apple.

Your content

Content you create inside our applications belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it. Where a product stores content on your device, keeping your own backups remains your responsibility.

Availability

We work to keep our products stable and supported, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and a product may be discontinued — where that happens we will give notice through the App Store listing or this website.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our products are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
